Order Cancellation

You may request order cancellation before your order enters processing and shipment stage. Please contact our customer service via email as soon as possible for cancellation request.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation will no longer be available. In such case you may refer to our Refund & Returns policy.

Approved cancellation will trigger full refund to your original payment method. Refund processing may take 3-10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Custom-made or special-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
