2. Non-Returnable Items

- Customized OEM products with personalized logo, custom color, size or structural modification
- Products damaged by incorrect installation, improper use, or secondary transportation after delivery
- Consumable accessories with normal natural wear and tear
- Goods marked as final sale or special promotional batch products
3. How to Start a Return Request
Please do not send any items back without contacting our team first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
To apply for a return or refund, please email our official business email and provide detailed information: your order number, full name, order email, target return items, and return reason. For damaged or defective goods, please attach clear photos and videos for verification.

4. Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly due to our factory side error. We recommend using a trackable international shipping service. Our company is not responsible for return packages lost or delayed in transit caused by logistics carriers.
5. Original Shipping Fee Rule
Standard international shipping fees are generally non-refundable. The original shipping fee will only be refunded if the return or refund request is caused by our official error, including defective products, damaged goods, or incorrect shipment.
