Refund & Returns

Please contact our customer service within 14 calendar days upon goods receipt if you want to apply for return or refund.

Products for return must be unused, in original condition and original packaging. Used, damaged or customized goods are not eligible for return.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost unless items arrive defective, damaged or wrong item was delivered by our mistake.

Once returned parcel is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refund will be issued to original payment method within 5-12 business days.

Partial refund may apply for goods with partial damage. We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet above conditions.
